About the Role

Episode Six is seeking a Platform Operations Specialist to join our growing fintech organization. You will play a key role in managing our cloud-native, API-based issuer processing and ledger infrastructure, supporting software releases, infrastructure maintenance, and client onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Perform software releases and infrastructure updates for PaaS instances and AWS EKS Kubernetes clusters
• Manage cloud infrastructure including RDS, load balancers, networking, and storage
• Maintain Linux and Windows servers
• Maintain SQL and NoSQL databases
• Support software development and testing activities
• Support client onboarding and migrations
• Conduct routine testing of system backups and disaster recovery plans
• Perform daily infrastructure monitoring and maintenance
• Create and maintain internal documentation
• Participate in a standard on-call rotation

Requirements

• 3+ years of AWS or other public cloud management experience
• 3+ years of Kubernetes cluster administration
• 3+ years of Linux O/S management experience
• 2+ years of experience using Python scripting
• Demonstrated infrastructure troubleshooting skills
• Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform
