About the Role

The Placer role at Oscar Mayer Lunchables within The Kraft Heinz Company involves performing general production duties in a food manufacturing environment, adhering to strict quality and safety standards. Successful candidates will contribute improvement suggestions and ideas, demonstrating adaptability and a team-oriented mindset in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Total assembly of Lunchables products.
• Providing supplies for assembly.
• Placing package components into specified tray compartments.
• Performing finished package inspection.
• Grading products for quality defects.
• Placing finished packages into cartons.
• Palletizing cartons.
• Maintaining a clean workstation by removing re-work and trash.
• Inspecting packages from tray sealers for packaging and supply defects.
• Identifying and grading rejects from the cartoner, including code date problems.
• Ensuring equipment and machinery are cleaned and sanitized according to company standards.
• Ensuring all manufactured products align with the Quality Assurance Program and policies.
• Following the Kraft Heinz Safety Process and adhering to LOTO policy and procedures.

Requirements

• Ability to work on weekends, holidays, and commit to mandated overtime.

Salary/Compensations

• Hourly pay starting at $18.75/hr
• A $1.25 shift differential for second shift
• $2.50 shift differential for third shift
