About the Role
Assembler I is responsible for fabricating component parts or assembling the finished product according to customer specifications, ensuring correct component parts and supplies are secured and maintained.
Responsibilities
- Completes work area setup.
- Fits parts together according to prescribed instructions and quality standards.
- Operates hand tools as required for assembly.
- Stacks completed products, and may cover, label, and band them.
- Ensures work area is safe, clean, and organized, and equipment is safe to operate.
- Completes pre-shift startup equipment inspection checklist and reports issues.
- Maintains a clean and orderly work environment.
- Maintains production records as required.
- Checks materials and finished products for compliance with standards.
- Performs duties consistent with established safety and quality procedures.
- Participates in safety, CI, and other programs and meetings.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
Skills
- Working knowledge of basic math preferred.

Experience Level
- No minimum experience required
- 6 months of manufacturing and metal wall assembling experience preferred
Education Level
- High school diploma/GED preferred but not required
Salary/Compensations
- $50,000 - $100,000 annually dependent on experience
