About the Role

Kitware is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced GTM Lead to spearhead go-to-market strategies for new product and service offerings. This role ensures our offerings solve real problems, differentiate us, and maximize impact by collaborating with technical and administrative teams to understand technology, research market needs, strategize options, execute launch plans, and track results.

Responsibilities

  • Perform Market Research: Engage with potential customers to understand needs and assess competitive advantage.
  • Refine Product and Service Offerings: Collaborate cross-functionally to package technology into products or services meeting market needs.
  • Create GTM Strategies: Develop plans to effectively bring product and service offerings to market.
  • Develop and Track KPIs: Set goals, measure success, and adjust strategies based on performance.
  • Share Your Expertise: Disseminate knowledge of go-to-market best practices and current trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, a STEM field, or another relevant area.
  • 8+ years of demonstrated experience related to the job duties.
  • 3+ years of experience related to technology products or services.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Passion for technology, with the ability to understand and clearly communicate complex concepts.
  • Must be a U.S. person (citizen, permanent resident, asylee, or refugee) due to contractual requirements.
