Responsibilities
- Shape and support case strategies by preparing discovery, drafting pleadings, motions, and mediation prep
- File documents with the court and prepare trial exhibits
- Act as a "dealmaker" to help families resolve disputes creatively, outside the courtroom
- Project confidence and competence in contested cases while keeping clients calm and informed

Requirements
- 3+ years of family law litigation experience
- Practical, empathetic, and client-focused
- Thrives in a fast-moving, collaborative environment

Skills
