About the Role
As an Instructor, you will lead members through powerful, motivating, and safe classes, creating an atmosphere where training is more than just movement. You will inspire, guide, correct, and ensure our community feels strengthened, seen, and welcome.
Responsibilities
- Preparation and execution of inspiring Reformer classes according to Reformer Club standard
- Personal support and motivation of our members during the class
- Adaptation of exercises to different fitness levels and needs
- Co-creation of a positive, inviting studio atmosphere
- Close collaboration with the Studio Management and check-in team
- Participation in internal workshops
Requirements
- Fluent in German and English
- Certified Reformer Instructor
- Passionate about movement, health, and Reformer training
- Enjoys teaching groups and inspiring people through sports
- High service orientation and authentic communication to inspire members
- Affinity for sports and a positive, professional demeanor
- Works reliably, structured, and independently
- Willing to work flexibly
- Identifies with the Reformer Club brand and places great value on quality and atmosphere
