About the Role

As an Account Manager, you will be the primary contact for our top partner restaurants in the Berlin area, helping them optimize their performance and leverage the full potential of our platform. You will see your work as an opportunity to create real added value and actively drive collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for top partners, actively supporting them in achieving their goals and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Analyze partner restaurants' KPIs and individual challenges, create customized optimization plans, and oversee their implementation.
• Convince partners of additional products and services that further strengthen their business through your sales talent.
• Coordinate closely with other teams as an interface to ensure problems are resolved quickly and effectively.
• Use tools like Salesforce and Google Workspace to strategically develop your region and make your successes measurable.

Requirements

• Professional experience in account management, sales, or a comparable role.
• Independent, structured way of working, ideal for home office.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, paired with a solution-oriented mindset.
• Ability to adapt flexibly to new challenges.
• IT affinity and experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and Google tools (Sheets, Drive, Gmail).
• Ideally, knowledge of or interest in the gastronomy industry.
• Very good German language skills; English skills are a plus.
• Driver's license and willingness to work in the field in the Berlin region.
