About the Role

Almcoe is seeking experienced Commercial Refrigeration Technicians to join their team in Austin, TX. This role offers opportunities for growth within a leading industry company, with a focus on providing top-tier training, competitive compensation, and work-life balance.

Responsibilities

• Service and maintain supermarket and commercial refrigeration systems (walk-ins, freezers, reach-ins, and rack units).
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot issues independently.
• Follow safety protocols and industry standards.
• Provide excellent customer service, including on-call support.
• Keep accurate service records and support additional service areas as needed.

Requirements

• 3+ years of commercial HVAC/refrigeration experience.
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills.
• Technical training (apprenticeship, trade school, or equivalent experience).
• Valid driver’s license and clean record.
• EPA certification required.
