About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced, curious, and driven software engineer to join a growing area of our business focused on Workload Identity. This role offers a significant opportunity to shape the future of service-to-service communication security and involves complex challenges across networking, security, authorization, SDKs, cloud, and Kubernetes. The position provides ample scope for growth and requires adaptability throughout the product development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop software to solve Workload Identity challenges, from prototyping to production, including client and server.
  • Develop, shape, lead, mentor, and collaborate with a close-knit team.
  • Work with stakeholders to discuss ideas, present work, and negotiate priorities and options, providing technical insights on feasibility.
  • Act as the team’s technical lead, assigning work and guiding implementation.

Requirements

  • Strong software development background including design, architecture, implementation, and testing.
  • Experience solving problems at enterprise scale, meeting performance and quality standards.
  • Experience leading a software development team and mentoring others.
  • Experience in product development and working with product managers and field teams.
  • Ability to bring unique skills and experience to the team.
