About the Role

iCapital Solutions is seeking an Associate / Assistant Vice President to support existing Enterprise Wealth relationships within the Independent Broker Dealer channel. This role focuses on quarterbacking client relationships, ensuring the delivery and execution of offerings across all asset classes, and providing customized solutions with high-quality client service.

Responsibilities

• Support development and deepening of existing relationships with wealth managers.
• Become an expert on enterprise technology solutions and drive adoption of the technology platform and infrastructure.
• Support day-to-day engagement with Enterprise Wealth clients, ensuring high-level delivery and execution.
• Collaborate with other Client Management associates to drive tactical and strategic initiatives regarding existing client penetration.

Requirements

• 2-7+ years of experience in a technical relationship management capacity.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively under pressure.
• Passion for client service and exceeding client expectations.
• Demonstrated client service skills.

Skills

• Knowledge of alternatives and/or structured investments is preferred.
• Experience working for or with wealth management firms is preferred.
• Experience with SAAS offerings and wealth tech platforms preferred.
• Series 7 and 63 licenses preferred.
