About the Role
Run the Superhuman program to build Awin's 'Company Brain,' combining operator instincts with product leadership discipline to increase organizational leverage globally.
Responsibilities
- Challenge workflows, systems, and operating assumptions across the company to increase organizational leverage.
- Ship workflows live in production, prioritizing operationalization over experimentation.
- Create a shared operational layer across the company, including reusable workflows, integrations, knowledge, and decision systems.
- Hire and manage a squad of engineers and automation specialists with a dedicated budget.
- Evaluate build vs. buy decisions for tools like Make.com, Retool, n8n, Zapier, and copilots.
- Ensure all automated workflows deposit knowledge, making the organization smarter.
- Treat employees as customers, focusing on adoption as the key performance indicator.
Requirements
- Builder mentality, willing to ship without resources.
- First-principles operator comfortable with technical and executive environments.
- Technically credible with an understanding of APIs, data models, integrations, and LLM value.
- Commercially literate with the ability to defend ROI and understand P&Ls.
- Product-minded, thinking in terms of opportunity cost, value creation, and capture.
- AI-pragmatic, understanding the effective combination of AI and traditional software.
- Change leader focused on behavioral adoption rather than technical implementation.
