Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Account Director, preferably in a social-first environment
- Proven experience in partner management and team leadership
- Ability to motivate and develop teams
- Strategic thinking and independent action
- Excellent communication skills
- Analytical thinking, proactivity, and a solution-oriented approach
- Fluent German and business-fluent English
