About the Role
As a Campus Event Manager at AMBOSS, you will be the face of the company at medical faculties, sharing your knowledge and experiences with students while relaying their feedback to the AMBOSS team. This role serves as the interface between daily users and the product development team.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute roadshows, including selecting universities to visit and coordinating with universities, student bodies, and AMBOSS ambassadors.
- Create and deliver presentations tailored to students, sharing personal experiences and providing guidance on study start, Physikum preparation, and AMBOSS usage.
- Independently plan new projects and events, leveraging recent graduate insights to identify needs and implement innovative ideas.
- Collaborate with the Data Team to conduct analyses for budgeting and evaluate projects to identify areas for improvement.
- Work closely with the DACH Campus Team, gaining insights into project management, marketing, and B2B partnerships.
Requirements
- Recently completed or nearing completion of medical studies.
- Extensive knowledge of AMBOSS features and frequent use for medical questions.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain overview amidst changing circumstances.
- Enthusiasm for engaging people, with potential prior experience as a tutor.
- Willingness to travel to universities in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
- Fluent in German and comfortable in English.
