About the Role

This role is for an individual eager to learn venture capital from the ground up, with the potential to become a partner. You will collaborate directly with partners and investors, engaging with founders, sourcing deals, conducting interviews, analyzing markets, and performing diligence. You will also represent SuperSeed at events and identify emerging themes and companies.

Responsibilities

• Source and identify founders for potential investment.
• Conduct initial calls and interviews with founders, forming and documenting investment views.
• Map sectors and themes within SuperSeed's investment verticals.
• Perform diligence on companies, markets, and financial data.
• Utilize AI to enhance sourcing, analysis, and diligence processes.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to build with AI tools, such as a research workflow, screening model, scraper, or working prototype.
• Instinct to automate repetitive tasks and ability to direct and validate AI model outputs.
• Genuine excitement for AI in Industry 4.0 and the real economy.
• Clear thinking and strong writing skills.
• Ability to form and support investment opinions.
• Capacity to work at a fast pace, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and take ownership independently.
• Willingness to work in person from the central London office.
• Prior startup or operating experience is a plus but not required.
