Join 10x Team as a Freelance System Operations Engineer – AI Trainer. Leverage your expertise to build smarter AI models while working flexibly and remotely. This role involves reviewing, refining, and training AI to better understand and address real-world operational challenges.
Responsibilities
- Review and improve AI-generated content and recommendations related to system operations, automation, and reliability.
- Evaluate technical accuracy and practicality of AI-driven operational scenarios and workflows.
- Develop real-world examples, use cases, and risk assessments from your domain experience.
- Create scenario variations for different operational roles—engineers, admins, leads.
- Identify weaknesses, inefficiencies, and overlooked risks in AI outputs, providing actionable feedback.
- Directly contribute to the way AI models reason about operations and automation challenges.
Requirements
- Experienced system operations engineer, SRE, DevOps specialist, or operations lead with a proven track record in managing and automating complex IT systems.
- Based in the EU or UK.
- Deep expertise in modern system operations approaches, automation tools, and best practices for operational excellence.
- Methodical, proactive, and effective at delivering clear, constructive feedback.
- Available 8–20 hours per week and reliable in remote communication.
