About the Role

Source and purchase suitable properties for the portfolio and sell properties no longer required, aligning with business plans and budgets. Collaborate with Housing Officers and colleagues to ensure suitable housing for clergy nearing retirement, facilitating a smooth transition.

Responsibilities

• Source and purchase suitable properties for the portfolio.
• Sell properties no longer required within business plan and yearly budgets.
• Work closely with Housing Officers and colleagues to ensure suitable housing for clergy nearing retirement.
• Support a seamless and well-planned transition for clergy.
• Work collaboratively with maintenance partners to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Resolve complaints and other issues as they arise.
• Work within budgetary parameters while maintaining best practice and value.
