About the Role
The Ultra-Pure Water (UPW) and Industrial Wastewater (IWT) team is responsible for providing continuous, safe, and high-quality utilities to our Fab. This role involves prioritizing daily tasks, working with minimal supervision, and demonstrating adaptability and effective communication.
Responsibilities
- Prioritize daily tasks
- Work with little to no supervision on new projects or assignments
- Demonstrate adaptability
- Communicate effectively with customers and supervision
- Assemble pipe sections, tubing, or fittings using various equipment and materials
- Diagnose piping issues and correct them in the field
- Extensive use of computers for data entry, documentation, analysis, and internal communication
- Manage daily tasks, track issues, and collaborate using enterprise CMMS software and Confluence
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Technical school certification preferred (State Plumbing License or equivalent)
- Typically requires 5+ years of experience
- Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and the ability to operate all necessary tools and equipment
- Extensive knowledge of Poly Pro/PVDF piping and welding
- Ability to read and understand prints
- Legally able to work for ANY employer in the United States
- Proficient in the full suite of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, OneNote, etc.)
- Able to learn new office applications quickly
- Familiarity with enterprise CMMS (Computer-Aided Maintenance Management System) software and Confluence is required
