About the Role

The Ultra-Pure Water (UPW) and Industrial Wastewater (IWT) team is responsible for providing continuous, safe, and high-quality utilities to our Fab. This role involves prioritizing daily tasks, working with minimal supervision, and demonstrating adaptability and effective communication.

Responsibilities

  • Prioritize daily tasks
  • Work with little to no supervision on new projects or assignments
  • Demonstrate adaptability
  • Communicate effectively with customers and supervision
  • Assemble pipe sections, tubing, or fittings using various equipment and materials
  • Diagnose piping issues and correct them in the field
  • Extensive use of computers for data entry, documentation, analysis, and internal communication
  • Manage daily tasks, track issues, and collaborate using enterprise CMMS software and Confluence

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Technical school certification preferred (State Plumbing License or equivalent)
  • Typically requires 5+ years of experience
  • Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and the ability to operate all necessary tools and equipment
  • Extensive knowledge of Poly Pro/PVDF piping and welding
  • Ability to read and understand prints
  • Legally able to work for ANY employer in the United States
  • Proficient in the full suite of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, OneNote, etc.)
  • Able to learn new office applications quickly
  • Familiarity with enterprise CMMS (Computer-Aided Maintenance Management System) software and Confluence is required
