About the Role

We are seeking an AI-native RevOps operator to manage and enhance the operations of Middesk's revenue organization. This role involves building automations, internal tools, and intelligent workflows to power our Go-To-Market (GTM) engine, utilizing AI to minimize manual tasks, accelerate insights, and provide real-time performance visibility to leadership. This is a high-autonomy position for a strategic and fast-paced individual.

Responsibilities

  • Own and expand Middesk's AI-powered RevOps capabilities, identifying, building, and scaling workflows that reduce manual work and accelerate GTM execution.
  • Use tools like Claude, Salesforce, Gong, BigQuery, and Slack to build internal tools, automations, and prompt-driven systems that improve revenue team operations.
  • Design and automate core operational processes, including business planning, reporting, and GTM operations management, with AI as the primary driver.
  • Build AI-assisted analysis frameworks to surface win/loss trends, competitive insights, and sales performance signals more rapidly and deeply than traditional methods.
  • Develop automated reporting that links product usage metrics to revenue outcomes, including consumption trends, activation rates, and expansion cohorts.
  • Proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities across the customer lifecycle by leveraging AI tooling for scaled signal monitoring.
  • Maintain Salesforce as the system of record, translating business requirements into scalable solutions and building intelligent automation to reduce rep burden and enhance data quality.
  • Evaluate and optimize the GTM tech stack with a focus on AI-native tooling, and construct dashboards for real-time pipeline and revenue performance visibility for leadership.
  • Stay updated on the AI tools landscape and provide informed recommendations for strategic investments within the revenue organization.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in a rigorous, fast-paced environment such as RevOps, Bizops, strategy, consulting, or a similar role involving complex cross-functional work.
  • Demonstrated ability to build with AI tools, including automations, internal tools, prompt systems, or integrations that solve problems without engineering support.
  • Possess strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, capable of dissecting ambiguous problems, formulating key questions, and translating data into actionable recommendations.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment, switch contexts efficiently, and thrive with undefined work.
  • Excellent communication skills with executive presence, comfortable presenting recommendations and discussing trade-offs with senior stakeholders.
  • Capacity to manage the full RevOps scope, including systems, process design, reporting, and AI tooling, with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Exceptional project management skills, with experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
