About the Role

Lead and manage supply chain operations for NDAA-compliant components, ensuring uninterrupted material flow, cost efficiency, quality, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end supply chain processes for NDAA-compliant materials and components.
• Develop and maintain relationships with domestic suppliers to support NDAA compliance.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, quality, and legal teams to align supply chain strategies with regulatory and operational requirements.
• Monitor and mitigate supply risks, including supplier audits, capacity planning, and contingency planning.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in supply chain operations.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of NDAA regulations and advise internal teams.
• Oversee inventory management and demand forecasting.
• Lead negotiation and contracting efforts with suppliers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of supply chain management experience, preferably in aerospace, defense, or high-tech manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of NDAA compliance requirements and experience managing supply chains with regulated components.
• Proven ability to manage supplier relationships and conduct supplier evaluations and audits.
• Experience with inventory management, demand planning, and procurement systems.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, quality, and legal teams.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
