About the Role
Lead and manage supply chain operations for NDAA-compliant components, ensuring uninterrupted material flow, cost efficiency, quality, and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end supply chain processes for NDAA-compliant materials and components.
- Develop and maintain relationships with domestic suppliers to support NDAA compliance.
- Collaborate with engineering, production, quality, and legal teams to align supply chain strategies with regulatory and operational requirements.
- Monitor and mitigate supply risks, including supplier audits, capacity planning, and contingency planning.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in supply chain operations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of NDAA regulations and advise internal teams.
- Oversee inventory management and demand forecasting.
- Lead negotiation and contracting efforts with suppliers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of supply chain management experience, preferably in aerospace, defense, or high-tech manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of NDAA compliance requirements and experience managing supply chains with regulated components.
- Proven ability to manage supplier relationships and conduct supplier evaluations and audits.
- Experience with inventory management, demand planning, and procurement systems.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, quality, and legal teams.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
