We are at a critical growth phase following a recent acquisition and are seeking to build the next generation of leaders to drive expansion, enhance our market position, and mentor junior talent.
Responsibilities
- Manage project execution and consultant teams to ensure successful client engagement delivery.
- Plan daily team activities, facilitate client interviews and workshops, and structure deliverables.
- Ensure Alpha's quality standards are met throughout client engagements.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and actively mentor team members.
- Support business development through client proposal creation and thought leadership.
- Maintain strong relationships with past and prospective clients.
- Contribute innovative ideas to Alpha's business management or practice areas.
- Maintain a broad understanding of industry challenges and demonstrate subject matter expertise.
- Demonstrate subject matter expertise in at least one in-demand client area.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of consulting experience with a recognized firm or in-house at an asset/wealth management organization.
- Significant experience and understanding of financial services organizations, preferably in asset and/or wealth management.
- Excellent consulting and problem-solving skills, including familiarity with consulting frameworks and techniques.
- Proficiency in research, quantitative analysis, structured problem-solving, and executive communication.
- Proven presentation skills with first-class written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to articulate complex problems and solutions clearly and impactfully.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
- Experience in operating model design and implementation impacting business processes and/or IT solutions.
- Experience in at least one business area such as Investments, Distribution, Middle & Back Office processes, or outsourcing.
- Intellectual capacity for innovative thinking and developing creative solutions to complex issues.
- Ability to mentor and coach team members, focusing on team achievement.
- Flexibility to travel as required.
