About the Role
As an AI Engineer, you will collaborate with consulting, data, and AI teams to develop innovative digital solutions for real-world supply chain challenges. You will design and implement AI-based solutions for various client projects, including areas like warehouse and production logistics, transport and network optimization, inventory and production planning, supply chain analytics, and decision support. Additionally, you will conceptualize and build AI agents, assistants, and automation solutions for internal processes and client applications, develop scalable AI workflows, prototypes, and reusable AI frameworks, and support presales activities, client workshops, and AI-driven proposal processes. A key focus is integrating AI solutions into Microsoft 365, Teams, and Power Platform environments, promoting AI adoption within project teams, and assisting in the strategic selection of new technologies. You will also actively contribute to internal AI enablement initiatives and foster knowledge sharing across the organization.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Several years of experience in AI Engineering, software development, automation, or data-driven consulting.
- Good Python skills.
- Practical experience with modern AI/ML technologies and GenAI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI) or Vibe Coding.
- Solid understanding of LLMOps, Prompt Engineering, RAG architectures, and scalable AI workflows (e.g., n8n or Make.com).
- Familiarity with cloud technologies (e.g., Azure, AWS, or GCP).
- Experience with APIs, Docker, Kubernetes, and enterprise integrations.
- Strong analytical thinking, structured work approach, and a pronounced consulting mindset.
- Very good German and English language skills.
- Enjoyment of international teamwork.
