About the Role

Drive the successful delivery of complex technology projects and programs that help reach business goals across the firm. Leverage deep knowledge of technical principles, practices, and theories to develop innovative solutions while managing resources, budgets, and high-performing teams. Navigate ambiguity and change with strong analytical reasoning and adaptability, ensuring technology initiatives align with business goals. Foster productive working relationships and influence decision-making with advanced communication and stakeholder management abilities. Contribute to operational plans and risk management strategies as a subject matter expert, ensuring high quality and professionalism in service delivery. Serve as a key interface between Corporate Investment Bank and Global Technology Infrastructure for Electronic Trading Infrastructure delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Interface with CIB to forecast demand
  • Inform CIB of delivery status and escalate blockers
  • Proactively advise CIB on Technology Roadmaps and impacting vectors
  • Manage interface to other ETS teams and wider GTI technology teams
  • Perform traditional PM duties including scheduling, status meetings, reporting, and presentations
  • Comply with service-level reporting and tracking duties using JIRA, MS Project, Excel, Clarity, etc.
  • Specialize in design, implementation, and/or support of technology infrastructure (compute, facilities, networking)
  • Ensure fiscal accountability for projects, including forecasting, approvals, and budget management
  • Interface with Vendors & Service Providers for infrastructure delivery (Hardware, Managed Service, SmartHands)
  • Demonstrate knowledge in Electronic Trading, including liquidity centers, colocation facilities, proximity infrastructure builds, and Equities & Fixed Income trading

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in a large organization
  • Working knowledge of electronic trading and managed/proximity infrastructure solutions
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving, and time management skills
  • Team player adept at collaborating with internal & external parties to develop ideal solutions
  • Strong decision maker with transparent & timely communication & follow-up
  • Excellent active listening, writing, speaking, negotiation, presentation and facilitation skills
  • Contract management experience
  • Flexible, hands-on, and able to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure, high-stakes client-focused and collaborative environment
  • Experience working in Equity and Fixed Income markets
  • Comfortable working in a heavy controls environment
