About the Role
Develop sustainable and energy-efficient buildings, from new construction to complex renovations. Contribute to making buildings more climate-friendly and sustainable by developing concepts for demolition, recycling, and disposal, and managing their implementation on-site.
Responsibilities
- Develop renovation, demolition, recycling, and disposal concepts.
- Assess disposal routes and develop structured process plans, considering regulations like GewAbfV, KrWG, and GefStoffV.
- Conduct cost estimations and cost-benefit analyses to identify risks and ensure transparency in construction processes.
- Prepare service specifications and tender documents and support the awarding process.
- Provide solution-oriented and economical support to all project participants, both internally and externally.
- Support the structural engineering project manager with expertise and documentation from concept to execution.
- Ensure smooth demolition implementation and complete documentation of demolition services in collaboration with the structural engineering site supervisor.
Requirements
- Successfully lead projects from planning to implementation.
- Possess several years of experience in demolition, remediation of contaminated sites, or handling building pollutants.
- Proficiently apply regulations such as TRGS 519/521, DGUV R101 004, HOAI requirements, and the electronic waste notification procedure.
- Possess a degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Technology, Chemistry, Process Engineering, Geology, or a comparable qualification.
- Welcome to career changers from other technical fields with relevant experience.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Clear and binding communication is important.
- Work solution-oriented in a team and with all project participants.
- German language skills at least at C1 level, written and spoken.

Salary/Compensations
- €4,000–€5,000 gross/month (for a 40-hour week)
