About the Role
As a Project Manager, you will actively shape and lead projects from conception to completion, focusing on sustainable and energy-efficient buildings. You will manage projects independently, ensuring they stay on track regarding schedule, cost, and quality, and collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners.
Responsibilities
- Shape your project from the initial idea to the final tender.
- Monitor and manage project schedule, costs, and quality.
- Make decisions in project meetings and maintain an overview of complex challenges.
- Coordinate all involved parties, including TGA, structural engineering, and external partners.
- Actively participate in planning and undertake own tasks according to HOAI.
- Estimate construction costs realistically and manage economic aspects with technical expertise.
- Prepare tenders and awards meticulously with the AVA team for smooth project execution.
Requirements
- Experience in project management in building construction.
- Familiarity with service phases 1 to 7 from practical experience.
- Ability to maintain an overview of complex tasks and drive topics forward both technically and organizationally.
- Proficiency in building code law, including LBO, VOB, BauGB, and relevant DIN standards.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., Allplan, Revit, or comparable).
- Clear and binding communication.
- Solution-oriented teamwork with all project participants.
- German language skills at C1 level or higher, both written and spoken.

Salary/Compensations
- €4,300–€5,000 gross/month
