About the Role

As the welcoming voice on the phone or friendly contact via email, you will provide excellent service to our guests from the moment they make a reservation. You will also handle reservation processing, billing, and support the Sales and Front Office teams during peak times.

Responsibilities

• Check and process reservations, overbookings, and options.
• Maintain Sihot and electronic reservation systems.
• Create and control invoices (accounts receivable and payable) according to pricing guidelines.
• Manage deposits and monitor timely incoming payments.
• Support the Sales and Front Office teams during peak periods.

Requirements

• Training in hotel management or professional experience in the hotel/gastronomy industry, telephone customer service, or interest in a career change.
• High quality awareness and service orientation, as well as hospitality skills and passion for the hotel industry.
• Open, communicative demeanor, good manners, and excellent German and English language skills (spoken and written).
• Team player with a willingness to support across departments.
