About the Role

Responsibilities

Manage the operation and development of internal business applications, including real estate management/accounting systems and customer management platforms.
Lead and manage a team of outsourced engineers.
Coordinate with domestic business departments to clarify requirements, negotiate, and propose specifications.

Requirements

3-5 years of experience in SQL Server development and operation.
3-5 years of experience using SQL Server Stored Procedures, Functions, and Triggers.
3-5 years of experience in .NET web application development and operation.
3-5 years of experience in .NET batch processing development and operation.
3-5 years of experience in on-premises server (Windows Server) operation.
3-5 years of team management experience with a team of approximately 3 people.
