About the Role
Join our team and help support the people who make music. We are looking for a working student for Content Creation at Atlantic Records Germany in Berlin, available as soon as possible, 20 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Actively support the content team in creative processes for upcoming music releases and contribute fresh ideas.
- Participate in the conception, production, and upload of social media content for our artists.
- Assist in planning and executing content shoots, including handling camera, sound, and lighting independently, as well as post-production (video editing, etc.).
- Quickly process existing and delivered content to be platform-ready, with a focus on TikTok, Instagram (Reels), and YouTube (Shorts).
- Develop an efficient structure for order processing to ensure productions run smoothly from idea to upload.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled as a student (e.g., graphic, communication, or media design).
- Proficient with common camera, lighting, and sound equipment.
- Skilled in CapCut or the Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop).
- Familiar with the in-app editors and platform-specific features of TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Possess a creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and an excellent eye for aesthetics and trends.
- Proactive and driven with a hands-on mentality, taking initiative and independently driving projects forward with energy.
- Passionate about music and art.
- Living and breathing social media, aware of the latest content trends, and understanding how to structure viral, vertical short videos.
