About the Role
Join the Big Mamma Bar team as a Bartender, delivering an unforgettable experience to our guests. You will prepare drinks, mix cocktails, manage bar operations, and maintain a clean and organized bar environment while embodying Big Mamma values.
Responsibilities
- Prepare drinks and mix cocktails during service
- Open and close the bar, including all necessary prep
- Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and follow health & safety standards
- Spread magic and make every guest’s visit the best moment of their day
- Embody Big Mamma values: professional, warm, smiling, helpful, and solution-focused
Requirements
- Passionate about Italian food and cocktails
- Energetic, proactive, and a team player
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proven experience as a Bartender in a high-quality hospitality environment and knowledge of classic cocktails
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends

Salary/Compensations
- £17.71 per hour (inclusive of tronc)
