About the Role

As an intern in the F&B department at the 25hours Hotel Bikini Berlin, you will support all F&B departments with their operational needs, including the NENI Restaurant, Monkey Bar, and Nomad Bar. Responsibilities

• Ensure correct billing and clean administrative processes.
• Assist with budget creation and monitor F&B reports and analyses.
• Support procurement and inventory management.
• Provide backup for purchasing and restaurant colleagues during absences.
• Maintain an overview of operations even during busy periods.
• Ensure smooth operations, clean tables, and workspaces for effective teamwork.
• Uphold the high standards of food quality and service experience.
