About the Role
State Street Alpha Data Service (ADS) is seeking a Client Implementation Lead to guide clients through the Alpha journey and adoption. This role provides thought leadership during due diligence and throughout the implementation process, acting as the ADS Lead for all implementation activities.
Responsibilities
- Act as the ADS Lead for all implementation activities with internal or external stake holders.
- Manage the end-to-end implementation of Front-to-Back ("F2B") Alpha Data Platform ("ADP”)/ADS solutions.
- Collaborate with Client Implementation Executives to align on Alpha implementation activities.
- Communicate status and progress of the overall Implementation Program from ADS perspective to all stakeholders.
- Assess and contribute to enhancements, software quality, and other improvements to enhance client experience.
- Manage resources in a matrixed organization, including Project Managers, Business Analysts, Testers, Developers, and support staff.
- Collaborate with external vendors such as Bloomberg, Refinitive, MSCI, Factset, and Axioma.
- Manage scope and raise change controls as necessary.
- Collaborate with upstream application and system owners within State Street to integrate into ADP using the standard model.
- Partner with broader State Street Application/Service Owners to provide solutions for new client requirements.
- Support the defect resolution process by collaborating with the development team.
- Establish standard operating procedures and ensure adoption, including client-specific custom processes.
Requirements

- Must have experience in Asset Management Data, Front, Middle and Back Office services.
- Business Analysis and Project Management skills are a must.
- Extensive experience with Financial Services data domains – Security Master, Entity Master, Benchmarks, Positions, Transactions, Cash, Performance, Analytics etc.
- Must have proficiency in SQL.
- Knowledge of Data Management, Data Governance, Service Catalogue, Data Lineage tools, Operational Dash boards, Process Monitoring tools.
- Working knowledge in Azure cloud platforms and Snowflake is a huge plus.
- Knowledge about internal and external integrations, triage issues and implement/recommend solutions to data problems and anomalies.
