About the Role

Serve as a trusted advisor and technical expert for CyberArk customers in EMEA, ensuring their success with Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions. This role involves guiding customers on best practices, assisting with implementation and configuration, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve technical challenges. The position may evolve to focus on PAM SaaS solutions as customers transition to cloud environments.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary technical advisor for assigned customers across EMEA, managing the full lifecycle from onboarding through long-term adoption.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with operational stakeholders and executive sponsors.
  • Guide customers on Privileged Access Management and security best practices.
  • Contribute technical expertise to escalation scenarios.
  • Represent the customer's technical needs when working with CyberArk technical teams (R&D, Support, etc.).
  • Provide expert guidance on CyberArk PAM (self-hosted / on-premise) solutions.
  • Anticipate technical challenges and risks.
  • Monitor product usage and adoption trends.
  • Support planning, implementation, configuration, and expansion of CyberArk PAM solutions and adjacent solutions.
  • Assist customers with configurations, troubleshooting, and integrations.
  • Align with the account team on customer strategy and share information.
  • Collaborate with Product Management, R&D, Support, and Professional Services teams.
  • Represent the customer's voice internally.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of CyberArk PAM experience, ideally in a large, complex, or modernized environment.
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Experience with Windows/Unix, Active Directory, IDPs, networking, databases, and IT security.
  • Ability to resolve complex technical problems.
  • Experience with endpoint protection agents is beneficial.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple customers and projects.
