Responsibilities
- Planning and execution of educational offerings, projects, and impulses
- Design of creative, safe, and development-promoting learning and play spaces
- Documentation and observation according to the pedagogical concept
- Collaboration with families in an open and transparent exchange in educational and upbringing work
- Close collaboration and exchange within the multidisciplinary team
- Participation in concept development, quality processes, and team culture
Requirements
- Completed pedagogical training as an educator or a comparable degree
- Qualification as a specialist for integration or inclusion, or willingness to develop further in this area
- An empathetic, patient, and resource-oriented attitude towards children with different life situations, abilities, and individual needs
- Well-founded professional knowledge of early childhood education, development, and participation processes, with special consideration of inclusive pedagogy
- Team-oriented colleagues who understand diversity as a strength, enjoy exchange, and support and value each other

About the Company
- Our free sponsor bik e.V. focuses on the principles of letting children discover, try things out, and do things themselves.
- We are a regionally established sponsor of Kita facilities in Berlin, Brandenburg, and Saxony, and a family center in Berlin.
- In our 20 daycare centers, we care for up to 2,770 children aged eight weeks to school enrollment, as well as providing after-school care.
- Based on common principles – enshrined in the sponsor's framework concept and mission statement – each bik e.V. Kita operates according to its own pedagogical concept.
