About the Role

Virgin Active is seeking a Personal Trainer to join their team at the Norwest club. This role offers paid rostered hours and leads to help build a personal training community, along with paid education from world-class coaches.

Responsibilities

• Welcome, connect with, and guide members while building a personal training community.
• Build a personal training community using provided PT leads and manage PT administration.
• Deliver exceptional and safe personal training sessions, considering equipment, technique, and pre-existing injuries.
• Empower members to achieve physical and mental breakthrough moments.
• Contribute to a fun and supportive team culture, attending paid team meetings.
• Maintain the gym floor's world-class standard through planned preventative maintenance.

Requirements

• Cert IV in Fitness.
• First aid certificate.
• Flexibility to work a non-traditional schedule (minimum 20 hours per week).
• People-focused and authentic.
• Ability to deliver meaningful PT sessions.
• Driven and motivated to help members achieve breakthroughs.
• Enjoy working to targets.
• Can-do approach.
• Motivated to continually improve.
