About the Role
This role is responsible for the day-to-day administration of a diverse portfolio of trust, custody, and escrow arrangements, ensuring client obligations are met accurately and on time. It's an excellent opportunity for career growth in financial services and related administration environments.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate trustee administration activities across a portfolio of trust, custody, and escrow arrangements.
- Manage the Trustee inbox, calendars, workflow logs, and client enquiries.
- Prepare and distribute trust trial balances and assist with client accounting queries.
- Coordinate trust asset transfers and maintain appropriate approvals and documentation.
- Process trustee, custody, escrow, and margin-related payments.
- Assist with proxy voting administration and trade execution processes.
- Support FATCA and CRS compliance requirements.
- Assist with the establishment and onboarding of new trust, custody, and escrow clients.
- Coordinate bank account establishment, ABN and TFN registrations, and client documentation.
- Maintain trustee databases and client records.
- Assist with audits and regulatory reporting requirements.
- Provide operational and administrative support across the Trustee Services team.

- Experience in administration, financial services, trustee services, superannuation, custody, registry, accounting, or a related environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel and Word skills.
- Relevant work rights to be considered.
- Successful applicants will be required to complete background screening prior to commencement of employment.
