About the Role
This role involves managing a team, overseeing studio operations, ensuring excellent customer experience, coordinating events, and handling reporting and payroll. It also includes performing front desk duties and teaching Reformer classes.
Responsibilities
- Monthly planning and optimization of the schedule and team.
- Hiring, onboarding, and leading the instructor and front desk team.
- Ensuring course quality and team dynamics.
- Ensuring smooth studio operations.
- Coordinating external partners.
- Ensuring hygiene, order, and a high-quality studio experience.
- Inventory management.
- Creating an excellent customer experience.
- Handling customer inquiries and feedback.
- Ensuring a "feel-good oasis" in the studio.
- Managing B2B inquiries and event coordination.
- Reporting and regular exchange with the central team.
- Checking timesheets.
- Conducting at least 7 Reformer Classes per week.
- Covering open front desk shifts and classes.
Requirements
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Completed Reformer Pilates Instructor training with teaching experience.
- Experience in management and team leadership.
- Willingness to work on-site in the studio.
- Strong organizational skills, affinity for sports, and a hands-on mentality.
- Flexibility, communication skills, and resilience.
- Willingness to work shifts and comfortable in a dynamic studio environment.
- High service orientation and clear, empathetic communication.
- Proficient in Excel and familiar with digital tools (Google Suite, Canva, MS Office, CRM & booking tools).
- Proactive approach to challenges.
- Identification with the brand and a strong emphasis on quality, atmosphere, and details.
- Willingness to work one day on the weekend.
