About the Role

As a Floor Manager, you will play a vital role in enhancing the customer experience, driving sales, and creating an inspiring, engaging atmosphere. You will lead a dedicated team to deliver exceptional service and operational excellence, ensuring a personalized and welcoming shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level service through styling advice, product knowledge, and in-store experiences
• Analyze sales data and collaborate with the Store Manager to maximize departmental performance
• Lead the sales associate team to achieve service standards
• Support recruitment and manage the orientation and training of new employees
• Develop growth plans for future talent in collaboration with the Store Manager
• Oversee daily store operations
• Act as a brand ambassador to provide the best customer experience
• Assume the responsibilities of the Store Manager in their absence

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail or customer-facing roles
• Understanding of the elements that create an excellent customer experience
• Proven experience in driving sales through others
• Ability to work at various COS store locations including Aoyama, DiverCity Tokyo Plaza, and Yokohama
• Entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to continuous improvement
• Adaptability to changing situations and customer preferences
• Proactive leadership skills
• Ability to build well-functioning teams and embrace diverse perspectives
