About the Role

This role is responsible for setting the Division strategic direction and tactical implementation of full life-cycle activities for Aveir leadless pacemakers in OUS markets. As a global leader in Cardiac Rhythm Technologies, we focus on innovative technologies that can improve the way doctors treat people with heart arrhythmias or irregular heartbeats.

Responsibilities

  • Creating demand for the Division's product(s) by developing and executing the Marketing Plan.
  • Managing business expansion, competition, positioning, scientific and promotional tool creation, internal communication, external communication, and product definition.
  • Serving as the subject matter expert (SME) and primary interface for internal and external customers and partners for Aveir leadless pacemakers in OUS markets.
  • Coordinating between regional marketing teams and global business unit in planning for launches and market development activities.
  • Leading and/or participating on cross-functional teams to support organizational goals.
  • Developing and leading staff, including staff development, mentoring, performance management, engagement, recognition, and administrative duties.
  • Delivering on assigned goals on time and within budget.
  • Implementing and maintaining the effectiveness of the Quality System.
  • Implementing strategy, scope, process, and programs related to creating demand for the Division's products within assigned market segments.
  • Providing significant and positive impact to short-term, mid-range, and long-term organizational goals.
  • Demonstrating continual improvement in product/system development and commercial-related matters.
  • Creating a work environment that supports cross-functional team effectiveness.
  • Managing and developing reporting staff and mentoring others as appropriate.
  • Making strategic and tactical decisions based upon data provided and/or presented.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; advanced degree (such as a Master's degree or MBA) is desired.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience with or exposure to sales and/or marketing in healthcare, medical devices, or medical diagnostics.
  • Understanding of the technology and capabilities of the Division's products.
  • Understanding of market and customer dynamics.
  • Understanding of sales processes.
  • Knowledge of regulations and standards affecting medical devices/diagnostics.
  • Ability to develop, rationalize, and present strategy.
  • Strong managerial skills relative to time, budget, and people.
  • Ability to work independently and in groups.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Ability to apply analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and critical-thinking skills.

Salary/Compensations

  • $129,300.00 – $258,700.00
