About the Role

The Fairmont San Francisco is seeking a dedicated individual to join their In-Room Dining team. This role is crucial for maintaining service standards and ensuring guest satisfaction within the landmark hotel.

Responsibilities

• Consistently offers professional, engaging, and friendly service.
• Ensures hotel hallways and guest rooms are clear of dirty Food and Beverage china, silverware, glassware, and linen.
• Assists servers in table setup and clearing.
• Delivers and refreshes guest amenities.
• Replenishes clean linens and food supplies for the department.
• Cleans and polishes IRD tables, hot boxes, refrigerators, coffee urns, and maintains the IRD department area cleanliness.
• May run errands and deliver food orders to offices and hotel rooms.
• Adheres to hotel safety rules and regulations.

Requirements

• Must have proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
• Ability to deliver engaging guest service.
• Constant standing and walking throughout shift.
• Ability to lift and carry items up to 50lbs (e.g., linen and delivery trays).
• Ability to use hands and fingers skillfully and easily.
• Ability to carry out specific oral or written instructions, frequently following a simple routine.
