About the Role
ConnectSydney, a joint venture of ServiceStream, Boral, and Johnson Controls, in partnership with Transport for NSW (TfNSW), is entrusted with the management of the Harbour Zone. We have a mission to serve our customers in a way that delivers sustainable outcomes every day for the customer, client and contractor. We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer and Stakeholder Administrator to join our Rockdale office. The Customer and Stakeholder Administrator will provide ConnectSydney’s Customer and Stakeholder team with administrative support.
Responsibilities
- Manage the outwardly facing community inbox, and assign actions to team members for response
- Maintain data records for project communication and maintenance work
- Support the functionality of the wider Customer and Stakeholder team
- Update and maintain Consultation Manager recording and closing out all interactions
- Organise distribution of collateral and information using traditional and digital channels
- Work closely with ConnectSydney’s Asset and Maintenance team to develop an understanding of the network and team responsibilities
- Support research and survey programs to provide insights on Harbour Zone stakeholders, communities, and customers
- Assist with the development of monthly data reporting
- Assist with Transport for NSW (TfNSW) milestone weekly reporting requirement
- Seek to provide a high level of customer service to bolster the organisation’s reputation and build goodwill
- Manage all data entry and record keeping relevant to the team function
Requirements
- Customer service experience is essential
- Exposure to the building/construction/engineering sectors is desirable
- Previous office administrative experience is desirable
- Highly organised and methodical
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to juggle competing priorities
