About the Role
This is a high-ownership, high-visibility role where you will build the company's operating visibility from the ground up. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, enjoys working with messy data, and wants their work to directly shape how a fast-moving technical team makes decisions.
Responsibilities
- Own core business and product metrics and define KPI reporting across the company
- Build dashboards and reporting frameworks that give the team clear visibility into performance
- Pull together data across systems and make it usable, trustworthy, and easy to interpret
- Analyze trends, identify issues, and surface actionable insights
- Partner closely with leadership to answer high-priority business questions
Requirements
- Experience in business analytics, product analytics, data analysis, or a similar role
- Strong SQL skills and Python proficiency
- Experience building dashboards and reporting frameworks
- Strong analytical thinking with comfort working in messy or incomplete data environments
- Ability to translate ambiguous questions into structured analysis
- Clear communicator who can explain findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
