About the Role
We are seeking a sales professional to propose building automation systems, including central monitoring, security, HVAC&R, energy saving, and facility management solutions. You will also propose new construction, renovation, renewal projects, and mechanical services, participating in design meetings and creating estimates.

Requirements
- Sales experience in the architectural industry.
- Sales experience with subcontractors.
- Sales experience with owners/developers (e.g., developers, railways, hospitals).
- Sales or installation experience with central monitoring equipment or automatic control devices.
- Sales or installation experience in air conditioning or plant engineering.
- Solution sales experience.
- Experience and knowledge in the building equipment industry (air conditioning, electrical, sanitary).
Skills
- Energy management or ESCO business experience/knowledge.
- Experience and knowledge in the building equipment industry (air conditioning, electrical, sanitary).
- Equipment design/installation experience.
- English proficiency (preferred, as there is an overseas account sales team).
