About the Company
- Beacon Software acquires and operates a portfolio of vertical SaaS companies, focusing on scaling through software rather than just adding people.
- The company is building an agentic operating system to lift the ceiling on portfolio operations, value creation, and deal sourcing.
- The system includes a sensing layer (cross-portfolio data lake with an agent-readable feature store) and an action layer (workflows for portfolio management, growth, and acquisition).
- A feedback loop captures every action and outcome.
Equal Opportunity
- Beacon Software uses Artificial Intelligence and AI-enabled tools to assist with screening, reviewing, organizing and highlighting profiles and applications that match the key requirements for each role.
- AI does not make hiring decisions; every application is reviewed by a member of the team, and all decisions throughout the process are made by humans.
- AI is used to support efficiency and consistency, not to replace human judgment.
- The company is committed to a fair, thoughtful, and equitable experience for every candidate.
