Responsibilities
- Meet with clients in their homes to assess needs and recommend custom window treatments
- Create tailored design solutions based on client style and budget
- Guide clients through the buying process and close sales
- Manage personal schedule, appointments, and follow-ups
- Generate additional business through referrals and local networking
- Ensure an exceptional client experience from initial visit to final installation
Requirements
- Natural ability to build relationships and assist with decision-making
- Motivated by performance and uncapped earning potential
- Confident, coachable, and capable of working independently
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple weekly appointments
- Flexibility to work at least one weekend day
- Reliable transportation for local travel
