About the Role
As a Back of House Assistant, you will support the delivery of great customer experiences by being fast, accurate, and efficient in processing merchandise from the stock room to the selling floor. You are operationally driven with a high attention to detail and energy to keep up with customer demand.
Responsibilities
- Support the Back of House Manager/Supervisor with handling deliveries.
- Maintain order and tidiness of the back of house area.
- Avoid damage and prevent stock loss.
- Assist the sales team with product queries and customer requests.
- Collect requested footwear product styles/sizes with urgency and deliver them to customers.
- Ensure Back of House standards are maintained in line with company expectations.
- Ensure products are priced and tagged correctly.
- Assist in maintaining standards on the shop floor by replenishing stock levels.
- Ensure all size ranges are available.
- Work under the guidance of the Store Manager and Back of House Management team to achieve KPIs and targets.
Requirements
- Customer service experience within retail, hospitality, or a like industry.
- Experience working in a Back of House or Warehouse environment is favourable, but not essential.
- Maintains a positive can-do attitude.
- Organisational skills.
- Strong operational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Ability to enthusiastically look at a challenge as an opportunity to develop yourself, your career, and learn new skills.
- Strong communication skills.

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, based on store needs.
