About the Role

Responsibilities
- Deliver packages to residential and commercial locations.
- Operate a delivery van.
- Lift, push, pull, and move boxes up to 50 pounds each.
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Possess a valid driver’s license (Commercial Driver’s license NOT required).
- No more than 2 accidents/tickets/infractions in 3 years.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test.
- Ability to lift, push, pull and move boxes up to 50 pounds each.
- Must work at least one weekend day.

- $25.00 to $26.50 base hourly pay
- Up to $30.00 hourly with bonuses
- $0.50 to $3.13 extra per hour in bonuses based on performance, efficiency, and attendance
- $1000 bonus paid out over initial months
- Quarterly retention bonus that increases each quarter with tenure
