About the Role
Pluralis Research conducts foundational research on Protocol Learning, focusing on multi-participant training of foundation models. As a Business Operations (BizOps) Associate, you will own end-to-end projects in go-to-market, operations, and other critical startup functions, working directly with the executive team in a high-growth environment.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive go-to-market strategy and execution, supporting growth and partnerships initiatives.
- Build and maintain operational infrastructure, including processes, tooling, and reporting.
- Undertake strategic projects across partnerships, community, marketing, and ecosystem development.
- Support the founder and Chief of Staff in daily business operations.
- Proactively identify and execute the most critical tasks each week.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in management consulting (tier-1), high-growth startup operations, or venture capital.
- Demonstrated bias toward action and initiative.
- Proficiency in building models, analyzing data, and synthesizing findings into clear recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Genuine interest in AI, including current models, decentralized systems, or frontier technology.
- Full working rights and based in Australia.
