About the Role
We are looking for a Bilingual (French and English) Data & Analytics Consultant to translate complex analyses into strategic recommendations for our clients. In this highly consultative role, you’ll partner with sales teams, vertical consulting experts, and clients to showcase how our data and analytics solutions solve business challenges and drive competitive advantage. You’ll combine your business acumen, data expertise, and presentation skills to influence executive decision-making and support our growth.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with a dedicated set of clients to identify and structure business challenges, applying strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Lead data-driven storytelling efforts, presenting actionable insights and recommendations that align with client goals and strategies.
- Support the sales process as a trusted risk advisor alongside Vertical Market experts, crafting tailored solutions and compelling business cases that resonate with executive stakeholders.
- Provide thought leadership on data and analytics applications, trends, and governance within financial services, insurance, and credit industries.
- Partner with internal teams (sales, vertical consultants, product, delivery) to help ensure solutions are delivered on time and meet client expectations.
- Proactively mine and analyze proprietary data to uncover trends and opportunities for clients, delivering insights that drive tangible results.
- Maintain superior knowledge of data sources, models, and analytic platforms to ensure best-in-class solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline.
- 12+ years of experience in analytics, with a focus on risk, marketing, or customer insights.
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English is required.
- Proven ability to translate data into compelling stories and deliver insights through executive-level presentations.
- Strong client-facing skills, with experience facilitating meetings and influencing decisions at senior levels.
- Deep understanding of the consumer lifecycle and the application of data in financial services, insurance, and credit industries within the QC market.
- Advanced skills in project management, problem-solving, and delivering results under tight timelines.
