About the Role

Kinema Fitness is seeking a Full-Time General Manager to operate a stunning corporate gym in Downtown San Francisco. This is a unique opportunity for the right candidate to create an absolutely incredible atmosphere for members, built on high levels of customer satisfaction, member engagement, program innovation, and performance. We are looking for a leader with strong leadership and communication skills and a passion for wellness.

Responsibilities

Create a culture of excellent customer service tailored to member needs.
Develop a strong personal training program.
Create new fitness initiatives to engage members.
Hire, supervise, train, and evaluate staff.
Prepare participation and usage reports for the on-site team and Kinema Fitness.
Network with property vendors to integrate the fitness center.
Achieve revenue and financial objectives through budgeting, analysis, and reporting.
Create an outreach strategy to generate additional memberships.
Develop and implement strategies for improving program, participation, and financial outcomes.
Ensure all equipment is in working order.
Be responsive to member feedback.
Implement and grow holistic wellness solutions and related services.
Order and maintain locker room supplies.

Requirements

2 years of corporate fitness management experience.
Degree in Exercise Science or related field.
Certified Personal Trainer.
CPR/AED certification.
Experience leading group fitness classes.
