About the Role

Navan Expense is a corporate card and expense solution designed to simplify expense management and provide real-time spend visibility. This role will scale Navan Expense and its future product lines by partnering with Sales, Product, Finance, Support, and Operations teams to ensure client satisfaction and goal achievement. The Solutions Consultant will expand Expense product offerings, implement the solution, and increase adoption within the Commercial segment, leveraging expertise in accounting, finance, and the expense management platform.

Responsibilities

Develop a strong understanding of the value proposition and inner workings of the Navan expense and payments solution.
Apply accounting/finance industry knowledge and Navan Expense Management solution expertise to implement the Expense solution and help clients realize product benefits.
Utilize project management skills to ensure efficient client success with Navan Expense.
Train and uplevel the Account Management organization on Navan Expense's value proposition and product capabilities to drive usage and revenue from existing customers.
Act as the voice of expense customers and partner cross-functionally with product, finance, operations, and implementation teams to drive product development.

Requirements

1+ years accounting/finance background with experience with ERP systems integrations.
2+ years of experience as a Solutions Consultant, Implementation Manager, or Professional Services Consultant within a rapidly growing fintech company, working with large strategic customers.
Ability to think strategically, problem-solve, and effectively prioritize work and initiatives in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
Demonstrable track record of high performance and success.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
