About the Role

Seeking a working student/assistant (m/f/d) for our Berlin team, focusing on Library & Information, 15-20 hours per week. This role involves supporting the management of our legal library, preparing information resources, and contributing to digital development projects.

Responsibilities

  • Support in managing our legal specialized library, including maintaining print and online media.
  • Assist in preparing and providing information and knowledge resources for lawyers.
  • Support projects for the digital advancement of our library.
  • Collaborate closely with our Innovation Team, particularly on refining research and information processes.
  • Participate in testing new research and knowledge management tools, including AI-based solutions.

Requirements

  • Enrolled student, ideally in Library and Information Science, Law, Business, Information Science, or Humanities (Bachelor or Master).
  • Interest in library, information, and research work, preferably with a legal background.
  • Proficient in handling digital media and a good basic technical understanding.
  • Native-level German language skills and good written and spoken English.
  • Structured, careful, and independent work style.
  • High service and team orientation.
  • Curiosity about new technologies and openness to digital and AI-driven work methods.
